The Farm & Greenhouse is a separate part of Wundergarten in Marsala. It is a workshop that transforms a holiday into the discovery of the authentic flavours that comes from the tradition and work on the land. This organic farm belongs to the family and is situated about 2 km from the beautiful salt marshes in the province of Trapani. In this “cottage garden” we are growing the ingredients that are later used in sustainable kitchen of Wundergarten. There is an artisan factory where the raw ingredients are being transformed, following the old family recipes. Pates, marmalades, sauces and preserves tell the story of local taste.
It is also possible to stay at Farm & Greenhouse and to experience a way of life of a real Sicilian farmer. An exchange: hospitality for work. As we take example from the land, that pays us back in produce for care and dedication, on the farm the only accepted payment is your work.
